Responsible

• Manage and oversee the B2C sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Plan sales targets, promotions, and revenue-driving campaigns; analyze sales performance and continuously adjust strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B aligned with revenue objectives.
• Plan, execute, and control both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the B2B sales team to support lead generation, campaigns, and sales tools.
• Oversee content, promotions, pricing strategy, and brand positioning.
• Prepare and present sales, marketing, and performance reports to management.

More qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
• Proven experience in managing sales and/or marketing teams.
• Experience in B2C markets with a strong understanding of the HoReCa sector.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, including KPIs, margins, and ROI.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai, with the ability to use English effectively in a professional working environment.
• Decisive, results-driven, and accountable for numbers, with the ability to work fast, adapt quickly, and perform confidently under targets.
